SHIPPING: All orders are subject to a lead-time of up to 8-12 weeks from the date of purchase. In response to the volatility of order volumes, the lead-time provides a buffer to manufacture the orders with uncompromising quality. No international shipping.

LIFETIME WARRANTY: All items have a lifetime warranty for physical defects*. If a product has a physical defect beyond the bounds of normal wear and tear from use, we will fix, replace, or refund the purchase. To do this, use a submission form under the “CONTACT” tab in the menu bar. Final discretion will ultimately be left to our design team.

SALES TAX: We are required by law to collect tax in New York, where sales tax is collected and Defensive Dynamics LLC does business. All tax rates are based on local and state regulations.

SALES: Defensive Dynamics LLC ultimately reserves the right to have final selling discretion, and may refuse the sale of any and all products to customers with a criminal record of felonious behavior

This includes, but is not limited to, errors in product description, price, images, stocking, and sizing information.
